Gandha, fragrant powder, is one of the sixteen offerings of traditional Indian worship and among the oldest. Ashtagandha blends eight aromatic ingredients into one paste, worn at the brow to steady the mind. Each of the three in this box is made for a different part of the day.

How to use

Ashtagandha
1. Choose the one for the moment.
2. Take a little on your ring finger.
3. Touch it between your eyebrows.
4. Pause for three slow breaths, then close the lid tightly.
Apparel Scent
1. Test on a hidden part of the fabric first.
2. Hold it at arm's length and mist once or twice on the inside of a collar, cuff or hem.
3. Let it dry before you step out.
Incense
1. Light one stick and let the flame go out on its own.
2. Place it in a holder on a heat-safe surface.
