What we collect

When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and payment confirmation. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address.

Our site uses cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use it. You can decline non-essential cookies.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, and — where you have opted in — to send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers required to run the business: our payment processor, our delivery partners, and our email provider. Each receives only what is necessary for their role.

Payment information

Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored by OpenEgo.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to care@openego.in.
