Shipping Policy

openego.in is owned and operated by Wiseorigins Aromatika LLP. Open Ego is a trademark of Wiseorigins Aromatika LLP. All orders are dispatched from Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Order processing

All prepaid orders for products readily available in stock are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. Products not readily available in stock are shipped within 2–4 working days. Dispatches take place Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and shown on the checkout page before you complete payment. Additional charges may apply for bulk or heavy-weight orders. Promotional shipping offers, when in effect, are applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery and serviceability

We deliver across India through our courier partners. Shipping is handled by third-party logistics providers, and Open Ego is not responsible for delays once products have been dispatched. If you have a deadline to meet, we recommend placing your order early.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared to your registered email address and phone number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to check the status of your shipment. For tracking or delivery-related clarifications, please contact the courier partner directly.

Payment

To ensure a seamless experience, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using one of our secure online payment methods, including credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets.

Shipping address

Orders are delivered only to the registered postal address provided on the order summary page before checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including full name, address with city and state, postal code, landmark if any, and a telephone number with an alternate number, to ensure timely delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, with proof, if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Delayed orders

If your order is delayed by more than 10 working days beyond the tentative delivery date, write to us at care@openego.in with your order ID in the subject line.
